Progress and excellence in performance in the long term occur as a result of a group of organized interactions within the organization, and “human beings” are the most important components of its success in terms of thought, values, and behavior. The organization begins to change and moves to a state of superiority if these three components are worked on in a parallel and balanced manner. The entire organization is then transformed into a living organism that thinks and acts according to a set of values and principles, and all of its behaviors are directed towards its goals and the aspirations of its beneficiaries. We will find that this organism develops and improves automatically and smoothly, devoid of complexity, and then the efforts of the human forces driving it to bring about forced development will decrease. This is what is known as achieving effectiveness (goals for all parties) and efficiency (with the least effort, time and money). Gradually, it will emerge from the circle of achieving needs and requirements to the circle of exceeding them, and its ability will be superior, enabling it to be creative, innovative and create competitive models.
